EQ Kids helps children build emotional awareness, friendship skills, resilience, and confidence through playful weekly lessons after school.
The program
Each EQ Kids session blends movement, stories, discussion, hands-on activities, and reflection. Kids learn to recognize what is happening inside them, communicate with more clarity, and recover when a moment gets hard.
The format is built for elementary-aged students: active, warm, concrete, and never lecture-heavy.
